Payment

A full payment is due upfront. I give a 24 - 48 hour time span from when I give you my payment information / send an invoice.
Unless otherwise stated, if a payment isn't sent by that time, your commission will be canceled and you may be blacklisted.

Refunds are only available if I have not started your commission. Once I begin to sketch out, line, color, and/or shade your commission, refunds will not be available unless other wise stated.
Refunds will also not be given out within the turn around time limit (6 months). There may be an acception to the affirmentioned term, but it must be taken up with me before such. You must message me to discuss beforehand.

Turnaround Time

Your position on the queue greatly effects when you will receive your finished piece. Please keep that in mind.

Progress and WIPs

For commissions, I will try to be in contact as much as possible.
Excluding full artistic liberty commissions, I will send at least one WIP during the sketch stage for confirmation.
Another will be sent during the colouring process to insure markings/colours of the character(s) are correct.

WIPs are available at any time upon request.

Changes can be made during the sketching process.
Any major changes (such as a completely new pose) will incur a fee.
After the commission is done, any changes that involve editing of lineart, shading, and / or effect layers will no be possible.

Privacy and Usage

I have full rights to all images.
Any image that is not deemed a private commission can be posted and/or used by me as advertisements.

Credit all works whenever and wherever applicable.

Reposts, using for icons, banners, etc, is permitted, but credit must be provided.

My work is not to be used commercially.

Printing out your commission and getting PERSONAL merchandise is permitted.
Selling merchandise of my art to others to make profit is not permitted and will result in legal action.

Please specify if you'd like your commission to be private. All commissions and YCHs are public by default. Any private commission will not be posted. (or they can be posted without customer credit / "commission for anonymous") A fee 10% fee will be placed on any commission that is to remain completely private.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. I reserve the right to end work at anytime, for any reason. I have the right to change the TOS at my leisure without disclosure. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. Any violation of these terms will result in the cancelation of your commissions and/or a spot on my blacklist.
